My Rebuttal: Miley Cyrus is annoying. I could care less about her music, but the effect she has on young girls is frightening. Now I know it's not every girl, but it seems like most of the younger girls I meet are obsessed with becoming another Miley Cyrus/Hanna Montana clone. Girls from early teens to two want to dress like her, sing like her, have long blonde hair like her... this cannot be healthy. I have seen that Miley Cyrus's presence in the entertainment business has been catastrophic for the tomboys. Woe is the only girl in her kindergarten class to not own a Hanna Montana wig, or dress in her designer clothes. They were slated to become the sane ones, though now they will be picked at and teased until something busts in their cerebral muscle and begins to outwardly lash at the other children. It is simply gender-grooming at its finest.

Despite my obvious dislike of what Ms Cyrus's music represents, I commend you for being eclectic with your music tastes. It takes a true lover of music to be able to appreciate a broad range of styles.
