Ooh, I like it, it's really dramatic and makes me want to read the story! Only thing I'd like to point out is, in the last sentence, she has to "make a difficult choice".

Sounds like a good blurb. I'd tweak a few things, though:
The "it's up to her and team" line should probably be "it's up to her and her team" instead. Also, you should avoid using "And" to start a sentence.
All in all, I think you've captured the plot (or what you have of it so far) really well.
