That sounds good to me. By then I should be out of the Vic Mignogna autograph session, so it should be fine.
By the way, I was thinking of going to Uwajimaya and getting some treats for everyone at the meetup. I'd need a rough estimate of the people who are coming first though. (And also what foods some of you prefer. :P)
He'll use the same place as last year, then. There's a couch/lounge area just inside the main entrance to the convention center that's fairly open yet so out of the way that not a lot of people interested in convention activities go there; basically, right across the street from the Cheesecake Factory, inside the doors, and there you are (though granted there's like, 10 doors all along that wall so usually people take the ones further up to go more directly into "serious" con-space).
Annnnd . . . damn, I don't have any pictures of it. In any case, yeah, it's a pretty quiet area in general. All the last year people should know what I'm talking about, though.

Saturday at 1pm looks good for us. And Someguy, since you've been there before, think of a place where we can go where the background noise isn't horrible so we can record decent audio.
How does about 1:00pm on Saturday sound, guys? We can of course start migrating to a meeting point sooner, but "officially" start around then? That'll give us all an hour and a half to screw around before Ali Project, which should really be more than enough time.
Haha, we can pretty much all go together or something, hey?
Anyway, conflicts don't look too bad. Mostly at 1pm it's a J-Rock Panel of screaming fangirls, Roland Kelts and M. Alice Legrow's panel, the Antarctic Press Industry panel, and Aki Tsunaki autographs.
Not an official event, no. Just a photoshoot and some other random silliness with some people - stuff we've been planning for a long while, even before I got press status (which is freakin' exciting for me).

I must agree with Ichigo, I HAVE to go to the Ali Project concert, as well as one of their autograph sessions.
By the way, I have some friends that are going to Sakura-Con. I was thinking of inviting them to the meet up, even though they aren't members. Is that acceptable?
Looking at it right now, I don't think that Friday will be good, just because there are so many things I want to go to. Saturday is probably the most open. There are a few panels that I want to go to from 10am to noon and then another at 6pm. Sunday is also very available, since all I've planned out for that day is the closing ceremonies. However, I'm very flexible and am willing to change things if needed.

Hey, we're online at the same time.
Ummm . . . we should have some generally better numbers within the next day or so, I think.

So yeah, 1pm on Day 2. How's that sound?
Or do I need to make a new post again first?

Absolutely completely acceptable! Seriously, Gail's got a LOT of swag!
Annnd . . . if they wanna, we can coax them to register at theO afterwards? Even if it's just for show?
I mean, my friend (the other Shinsengumi guy from last year) did it, so hey.

I'm pretty partial to a Saturday as well - I've prior obligations to a bunch of people in blue and white on Sunday.
