Watch this if you care about your rights:
Especially watch the filming the police part, starting at 21:48. This is a huge issue that it happening in criminal justice today (in fact I'm learning about this stuff in a class), and it is a big debate whether filming during an arrest should be legal or not. Interestingly enough though, some cities allow public security cameras on every corner of the street.. http://www.mediaeater.com/cameras/summary.html Either way, these laws are making a huge impact on current events and their effects on the American populace.
Now because it is Fox News, like with any news station, I do sort of take this report with a grain of salt. Only because certain "facts" they present aren't always well researched (especially noted with Fox), and I'd much rather have a strong ground in evidence based reports rather than scare-mongering. But even then, this is still frightening...
