I was pretty gloomy at school today and then I saw this xDDD
Everyone was looking at me when I started laughing 8D
I suppose I can agree with you in some cases [like bubbly or energetic characters], but most times I prefer my cosplay men without makeup. And I'm gonna go ahead and say I think those two applied it wrong. D:
All look great except for the one Hijikata and Okita. I can't stand it when people who are cosplaying 'men' wear eyeliner. It looks unnatural and creepy.

I think the eyeliner makes the eyes bigger and it actually does, but it has to be applied correctly ^^;
