Yeah I have allot like that. It's like "I made you!" And then they never have a story line. they're not as personal when they have no story line. I guess that's my view though. >.>

Lol yes yes I know. Its taken me allot of time to make OCs and most of them that I put up here are still being designed. Like Hakuchi, and Raven. Along with Chiaki (She writes herself. Lol.)
