I really like the coloring! Looks great!
I think Black Hayate's head seems a little too big in the first panel. If you made it a tad smaller, I think it would look better (or maybe it's just the way he's sitting). Hope I helped!
To be honest the only thing that looks even remotly off is in the first panel her shoulders look a tad bit to small, although that might be because of the way shes sitting.
Honestly this looks really amazing mate; you did a wonderful job!
