My big brother told me that if I have nightmares I should think of something else, like something that I can keep focus on or make me happy. So everytime I have a nightmare I dream of an anime Im currently watching or have watched before that I favor and I usually like to change the storyline in my head, to u noe make it my own and before i noe it I lose myself and forget what my nightmares were even about. Sadly, Im a daydreamer and do it often so I end up forgetting things all around the house, id like to call it somewhat short-term memory:) In other words DISTRACTION;D Well hopefully my non-stop babbling of nonsense will help you.
I've heard about that too but at 4 in the morning that thought always escapes me lol it's worth a shot though ^^ I'll give it a try
Thanks for trying to help
you raise a good point, but idk what would make me dream about dying from an allergic reaction to strawberries =/ maybe its because I inherited the allergy from my dad and we aren't exactly on good terms at the moment. idk.
The other dreams were about horrible things happening to my cat Goku back in NC...I'm not sure what would make me dream about that either >.<
Thanks for trying to help

I've heard of the "mind over matter" idea where you think/say to yourself, "I will have good dreams tonight." Not sure how well it works, but it's worth a try.

Hmm... well, it could be that the nightmares are due to some issue in your life that you've yet to deal with. So if you dealt with it, they'd go away.
Sorry to sound like a cheap psychologist. That was just the only suggestion I could think of at the moment.
