Glad to see your back but man thats not good >.< it angers me to see people and their laziness. I had a similar problem (though i rent and do not own) my opinion of move in ready was waaaaaaaaaay off from the owners. I hope things get better and your house perks up
Ah yes remodeling, I've been there before. My grandpa was a huge remodeler. He would start things but never finish them. He was something my father called a "season man". He actually past away before he finished the house and a doubt my parents finished it either =/
As far as this house goes, I'm hoping things smooth out soon. We don't really have the money to fix everything that's going wrong right now. We're planning on calling the listing agent to see if he can contact the seller for us. He shouldn't have sold it to us with all of these problems =/
If there's one thing I have its patience. In my life time I've raised six children (none of which have been my own) and I'm raising a pup with my husband, so the fact that all this is getting to me isn't good. =p It's been pretty rocky so far but I'm hoping, really hoping that things smooth out as time goes by. We're actually planning on talking to the Realtor that had this listing. He knows the man who fixed up this house so maybe he can get him to come by and check things out. I've got my fingers crossed that everything goes well. My husband is fuming at this point...poor guy its getting to him worse than me. Which is saying something, because he usually has the level head.
If the guy can't/won't fix it, it's up to us because we own the house now. I'm just hoping that he will at least help out seeing as he sold it to us this way you know?
That's a messed up couple of days you had there. Reminds me of what my parents are going through with remodeling their house. It's been a year and a half, and it's still not done!
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!
HI!
yeah...waiting for the technicians is such a pain, especially when they are late and you don't know when they'd come and so you'd lose your whole day waiting for them >__< Cheers to you for being so patience to wait not once, but twice ^^
Aw that really sucks... I'd be so frickin' angry and frustrated too. what are your game plan now? Are you gonna go talk to the people who sold you the place or you're going to fix it? Hopefully everything is gonna get better from here since you had such a tired and frustrated weekend.
Best of luck ^^
