If was just a faulty engine from a used smart car that had also crashed. We originally had it replaced after the wreck we were in early last year....the problem is the insurance we had didn't want to pay to get u zero new car so they did an expensive patch job and...here we are with no car and huge bills.

We have a better one now, it's just not covered because the faulty engine give other parts wearing and tear. The problem is, the insurance we have now wasn't part of the original claim. We may be looking at just buying a new car...it would be the same price a what they're asking for the engine at this point.

The engine exploded! Yikes! Do you know what caused it?

Because service was so bad with this company, we dropped them, however the claim is still open because problems persist
