This place has been dead for awhile...so Rishi's decided to revive-d it! And the OC we're featuring today is....
(drumroll)
...Ijo Hyuga!!
(NOTE: She's seventeen in this picture.)
Ijo Hyuuga is fifteen when she first appears, about three days after the Chuunin exams. She is about five-ten, with red hair and the heridetary Byakugan eyes she got from her father--HIzashi Hyuga. Ijo Hyuuga is Neji Hyuga's half-sister, born out of wedlock to her mother, Kisako, and Hizashi Hyuga. She was not given the curse mark, for she was not born under full Hyuga heritige.
When Hizashi was killed by the cloud village, Kisako, fearing Hiashi and wanting Ijo's saftey, took Ijo one rainy night and fled to her hometown of the Whirlpool village. Ijo was five years old when she left her home and her younger brother, whom she cared for deeply.
Nine and a half years later, Ijo Hyuuga returned to Konohagakure, much to the displeasure of Hiashi Hyuuga, who, after she had arrived, 'cadged' her.
Over the course of those nine and a half years, Neji Hyuuga had forgotten about his sister, seeing as he was only four when she was taken away. Ijo, disapointed by this, tried her best to be the kind of sister she had promised their father, and herself, that she would be--protective and kind. Eventually, the two develop a sibling-like relationship, to the point that Neji comes to love Ijo as a big sister.
Ijo is quick to get to the point, so much that sometimes she accidentally hurts someone else's feelings without knowing. Ijo enjoys eating sweet rice cakes and doing missions--by the time Naruto returns from his two and a half year journey, Ijo had already become a jonin, and becomes an ANBU op soon afterwards. She is a workaholic, taking as many as ten to fifteen to twenty mission a day. This can cause problems for her, as she will go to the limits to complete a mission.
Ijo has fallen in love with Shikamaru Nara, but she does not wish to confess to him, fearing she will be even more of a liability to the clan.
Ijo is willing to die if it benifits her brother. She has been researching the curse mark, and trying to find a way to release the curse for her brother, who, if he is not 'freed', will be forced into a marraige with Hinata Hyuuga. As of now, she has not found a way to release the curse, but she keeps trying. Neji is the most precious person to Ijo.

Hey, hey! Rishi has an announcement-y thing!
Rishi has recently finished an eight-chaptered fanfiction on Chiizu! It is called Repentance. Rishi will type it up (eventually), so Rishi just wanted to refresh everyone's memory of Rishi's oldest OC!
(Oh, by the way, Rishi lied again...Rishi said that Keiko was Rishi's oldest OC. Rishi lied again. Chiizu is most definaltlly Rishi's oldest OC, and always will be.)
AKATSUKI REPORT
CHIIZU
Chiizu is a young, ten year old girl as of the time of the death of the Third Hokage. She was rescued by the Akatsuki member Itachi from starvation in a small, snowy village hidden in the mist three to four years prior to this time. Apparently, the young girl comes from a clan with a rare and powerfull kekki genkai, and she has one relative who was recently declared deceassed--Haku, along with his master, Zabuza.
Itachi's excuse for bringing Chiizu with him, when he was instructed specificly that no one in that village be left alive, was because of her powerful kekki genkai, which is, at this time, still not obtainable to Chiizu.
As for Chiizu, Chiizu is a kind and loyal girl, unyeilding and soft spoken, with brown hair down to her mid-back and clear, onxy eyes a similar colour to the youngest Uchiha. She has not yet been taken on a mission, but Pein has instructed that if she does not show any signs of power, she will be killed by the time the Akatsuki pursues the Kyuubi container--Naruto Uzumaki, who will be pursued within the next month.
Chiizu's fate is unknown at this time.

When Rishi said Chiizu was her oldest OC, Rishi lied. Rishi's sorry. Keiko is Rishi's oldest OC.
So...about Keiko. Her full name is Keiko Nara, and is Shikamaru's older sister. She doesn't really do anything in the storyl...well, that's (SPOILER FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T READ WHY SHIKAMARU IS LAZY) because she's dead.
Um...enough about that.
Keiko's personality is based off of my own, for two reasons. 1) I wrote it at age 12, in seventh grade, and 2) becauase my little brother, Taku-Taku, reminded me strongly of Shikamaru at the time, so I made an OC to fit everything.
Why Shika is Lazy was pretty popular, now that Rishi thinks about it...

Sooo...Hani.

Simply? 'Cause she was abused.
YES, yes, Rishi KNOWS this is cliche to the max, but Hani is different. Because Hani is little in the story, and never really gets over the abuse she suffered.
Hani met Neji one day when she was walking around town. Neji, noticing her cuts and bruses, asked her where she lived. Hani immediatly started to run, yelling that 'Hani is sorry! Hani is sorry! Hani is a good girl!' Neji, being ninja-y, was able to track her down to a house at the edge of town, where Hani entered and encountered an old man--her grandfather, Neji figured--who smacked her.
Upon nightfall, Neji stole Hani from her room. Hani was clutching a small rag doll, whom she called Hana. There's much more to the story, but Rishi's too lazy to write it all--wait for Rishi's fanfiction, Hope. (Name subject to major changes)
Hani is, in one word, adorable. She's a six year old who does not understand the world--her mother, father and older sister all died when Hani was three in a fire, while they tried rescuing her but died in the process, causing her to land in the hands of her grandfather, who blamed her for their deaths.
Hani talks in third person, and normally cries when she thinks she did something wrong.
