Well, judging by the short time there been between the new games I think they relize it and are going to try and be a little lighter in the next game.

I do admit Absol is pretty good. I think it was good up until the current season that just came up (the fourth) when the pokemon just got really out there

But you gotta admit it's taken some cool turns along the way, take absol for instence. Though I do think there need to be more cute dangerous types.

I don't think so, I just think that they are doing the same thing over and over again.
Take a look at ledgendarys, How many were in the frist games?
5, the birds and mews
In silver and gold?
6, the tower birds, the running dogs, and Celebi
add in ruby and saph?
10, the golems, the dragon birds, weather trio, and the Outer space freaks.
In the newest games, 14 new ones
the new mews, the pyhics dragons, the lunar pokemon, the sea guardians, Heatran, Regigigas, Shaymin, and the most buffed up of all, Arceus.
Now, I think they might add one, maybe two for balence, new ledgendarys, take a few that were event special (aka all the mew clones, the sea gurdians, and the lunar bunch) and make them part of the plot.
Another problem is the pokemon known and the fake ledgendarys, like dragonite, slamance, garchomp, and metagross. These are the most powerful and hard to get of the games, are they going to add another or stick with what they got?

The reason I don't want a new stat is because the pokemon have already gone too far off track and are on steroids

Why? It'd be intresting, the art would have to convy a brighness, like chramander did with fire. What I would like to know is how many new pokemon they are adding to the pokedex, weather it's between 50-100 new familys and 30-40 new evolutions or what? Stats would be important to me, with every stat being comanded by the formes of Deoxys, Shuckle, and Blissey (damn you Blissey) what intresting newcomers will be showing at the battle zone?

Shouldn't it be a flying-normal type? As far as I know there isn't any pure flying types. But I do agree to the design, Eevee needs a light type to contrast with Unbreon.
