Well: 1. Skid Row is where they live and it's a ghetto, 2. There are a ton of black people living on Skid row (check the ghetto reference), 3. Twoey's voice is black (check the ghetto reference), 4. Twoey felt up Seymour (stereotype of black guys in prison), 5. He speaks to Audrey in a lustful voice (black men stereotyped as just wanting sex with women), 6. Twoey cusses a lot (like black men are thought to mostly do), 7. He felt up Audrey and tried looking under her dress (another black reference), 8. He held Seymour to the wall (like he was going to rape him and then tried to bash in his balls... I think this is kinda obvious), 9. He pulled down Seymour's pants (... yeah no need for explaination...), 10. He knows how to shoot a gun (...), 11. He held the gun sideways (gangsta, yo), and I think there were others, but I forget...
XD it made us laugh a ton
