Frankly, I just go with whichever title sounds coolest to me, haha. Usually it's whatever the accepted English translation is (only assholes call it Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu these days), but occasionally I'll stick to the Japanese title because it rolls off the tongue in a nice way.
