Holy crap, I listened to Read My Mind for, like, three hours straight on loop while at work last night and I'm still not anywhere close to tired of it.

I went "eff yes" to so many songs on there I don't know where to start... but simply having The Killers and of course BUMP OF CHICKEN's Karma is a spectacular choice.
Although I noticed you didn't have The Killers' "Read My Mind". I'd suggest that unless you've already heard it/hate it/whatever.
The fact that you could go from Hayashibara Megumi to Boston to Aqua, No Doubt and the Power Rangers theme greatly amuses me. :D Sounds a lot like I'd put on an iPod, but probably with more lolis.
I'd probably put some Barenaked Ladies on there too, just to be safe. Their greatest hits album's good for a nice concentration of quality songs and Everything to Everyone's decent. Maybe also some Pearl Jam...? *shrugs* There's some pretty good English-language music to come out of the Bebop soundtrack. Cosmic Dare (Pretty With A Pistol) and Want It All Back would fit in with some of the other songs. Then what's that one... by Reynada Hill... Number One. Yeah, Number One from Bleach is like that too.
Aside from that last list, there, looks good to me. Could use a bit more variety in the symphonic metal section (I'd recommend Kamelot right upfront; Roy Kahn's voice is possibly the single best male voice in the genre), and naturally I think you need some Porcupine Tree (the In Absentia album is a great place to start).
You should probably pay attention when I go music-nerdage on somebody in chat. =P
Edit: Of course, good to see all the classic rock (I consider Boston and Iron Maiden identically =P), and Spinal Tap ftw.
Edit 2: Freaking comment box forgetting my font formatting. =/

I just picked a few music videos I had on Youtube of songs I like a lot, I felt like taking a chance.

Nothing to add except the visual of you grooving to "Nano Desu" while cleaning is hilarious.
