I mean green is swapped from left to right in comparison to how the guitar note charts are set up. I know green was on the right for RB1 drums as well. But it made no sense to me in RB1 and it still doesn't...
I only got to play RB1 a couple times so I never noticed the screw hole on the guitar. But there is a hole around where I rest my thumb on the PS2's GHII guitar that I'd catch on sometimes. I'm not sure why, but it always happened the most during the opening sections of Hangar 18 (before the crazy guitar solos) and distracted me on parts that I'd otherwise nail 100%. So it is nice to have that gone on the RB2 guitar.
If we somehow got four of me all playing RB2 together I think the world would explode from awesome overload.

Huh? What do you mean by swapping green's position on the drums? Haven't the drum pads always been red, yellow, blue and green from left to right? You weren't playing lefty-mode or somethin', were ya?
Anyway, I'm in line with most of your thinking for the new peripherals. I do like the quieter fret buttons though, since I felt the last ones were too clacky for my tastes. Also, did you notice they got rid of a little screw hole where your left thumb tended to be from the first RB guitar? I'm enjoying not having that to snag on now.
I'm just imagining four Desbrekos all together. The insanity of that idea just blows my mind . . .
Merry Christmas again, since I was probably late on that.

Wow, that was quite nice of your mom!
Indeed, parents are pretty cool when you stop to think about it.

@Desbreko:
Ohhhhhh! So like the guitar's green-red-yellow-blue-orange compared to the drum's red-yellow-blue-green? Okay, I gotcha now.
Umm . . . . . I'unno. For drums I was really more of a "left-to-right" kinda guy compared to "red-to-green" anyway.
