The next one is out in November this year. The next 2 are in christmas and those will be the last with David Tennant. So actually there's only going to be 4 episodes total. Season 5 is the next reincarnation of the Doctor. I call the four last specials season 5 cause they are the last of David Tennant's Doctor. Season 5 with Matt Smith's Doctor will start next year I believe.
