Dragon Slaying and Adventuring 101
Some tips for the newbies on killing dragons and traveling.
1. Don't get too close to Mr. Dragon.
-This is slightly hard to avoid if your an avid one-handed or two-handed user and your really lacking in archery. Since dragons like using shouts like fire and ice breathe and trying to eat you, getting close will lower your health-unless you've stocked up on health and magicka potions and know healing. If you have this-go ahead. Get all up in Mr. Dragon's face and show em who's the Dovahkiin!
2. Archery and magic are actually your best buds.
-Dragons know your trying to kill them so they don't land often. Usually they'll hover above the ground right over you or move to another area quickly.
3. Be prepare for anything
-A natural rule. But remember, shit happens. ESPECAILLY IN SKYRIM
4. Mountains are a pain in ze ass.
-If the jump seem really far, if the rock your about to jump onto seems to small, just forget it. Hope for another path.
5. Have a follower
-They actually make life so much easier. Someone to carry valuable items when your inventory is full, help fight enemies, and "borrow" stuff from.
6. Long quest are also a bitch
-Right when you think your done and can move on.... sorry buddy. There's 10 more parts. Don't worry, you might get something out of it that's useful... or the power of friendship?
7. That speech skill...
-Is so helpful if you like buying items and selling them. And bribing that guard that took an arrow to the knee.
That lady scares me....
WELCOME TO LIKE A DOVAHKINN. In case you meant to go to my other world but accidently selected this one or the name drew you in here's a little description of Skyrim.
It's a video game in the Elder Scrolls series where you play as the Dovahkiin or Dragon Born. The main goal is to kill the dragon Alduin who is destined to wipe out humanity (or something..) but you can have side quest which include being a werewolf/Companion, a mage at a collage, a vampire, a thief, and other stuff that's pretty cool. By the way, it's set in the medieval ages or something.
And so this first post shall be about Aela The Huntress-Badass, Werewolf, Companion and the lady that scares the crap out of me. I mean if being a werewolf isn't frightening enough, she also has a short temper. The giant Viking guy is even afraid of her! So if she was real, what chance does a 14 year old that epically fails at gym have? NONE! Before I could even process what was happening, I would've already taken an arrow to the knee-a running joke in Skyrim for those who don't know.
