ROTFL. I get tired of people being unhappy with any effort thier loved one puts forth. Like, why does it have to be extravagent, just the fact that he/she is thinking about you and trying to make you feel special should make you happy, you know?

yeah well i do think V-day is getting overused now, same thing over and over. well its all up to personal taste as to how the person wants to spend V-day XD
I agree with you dragon. I am also always single but I agree with your point of the mundane. to me honest, if i was in a relationship and it was v-day i would rather get one lily (my favorite flower) then a dozen roses just because that shows that he cared enough to do something special and totally for me. Is going to a fancy restaurant really better then a simple picnic in the park, alone under the stars. These days holidays get so commercialism the meaning fades away under the flash. what happened to love and family values? nowadays money seems in fact the root of everything.
