Yes, but it used to be even more full... We permanently lost some other members, too =^_^;= Also, the Lucario belongs to a temporarily absent member, so I think it may be ok. Best to find out for sure X3 (also, it doesn't say it on the member list yet, but Shayde-san also has a dark Pikachu as his second gijinka)

Ah, PGR is Otomi Babii-san's world and you can look at it here I recommend making sure you pick a pokemon that's not already in the club X3 (I think we have almost all the eeveelutions X3) There are helpful links at the bottom of the introduction and the Ground Rules are the first link in the list =3 Although I'm not entirely sure if applications are open atm, but you can ask Otomi Babii or Naomi Bear to find out for sure =^_^= We just had some members temporarily removed =;_;= And a few just joined. =^_^= I think there might be room for another person maybe, but like I said, I'm only a member, so it's not for me to say entirely. If you do join, please feel free to ask me if you need any help getting into the storyline, though. I've been keeping track of everything that's happened since I joined =^_^=
