Yay! I hope you enjoy your little break! : ) Be sure to get lots of R&R.
The whole long distance relationship didn’t work out too well for me either. lol I dated a guy who lived in Texas once. I made a few good memories, but overall it just wasn’t my thing. ^^; I was the one who ended the relationship, and I don’t think he took too kindly to it. Oh well. It's all good! :D
Regardless, I wish your older brother all the luck in the world with his new relationship—though I agree with you about the looks thing. Looks aren’t everything. I also hope things improve with you and your older brother as well. Hopefully he will start talking you again.
Lol wow really? Looks like long distant relationships works for everyone except me then^^'..
Awww fantastic I will PM the pic i have in mind and of course your art will come to my standers^^ Thank you so much for all your support my dear friend it really means alot..
Good things comes 2 those who wait, The things you lost will always replace something better..
I'm glad to hear from you again. I'm sorry about your brother. People making you feel like you're not important enough really hurts. No art requests, just dropping in to say hi!
I have no idea at all if long distance relationships work or not, but we had an English teacher who was from another country. She told us how she met her husband on the internet and they had a long relationship and finally he proposed her on the net and her family agreed and she came here and married him, and now she lives here! I think its about the sincerity and trust b/w the couple...all it matters is that they speak the truth even thou they can't see each other...
Its bad that your brother is avoiding you, I would be helpless if I brother avoided me!! You should push your brother and keep him buggering him...disturb him in any way you can so that he notices you!!
No problem sweetie ^^ and I'm sorry to hear that about your brother...
I do see your point though. I'm sure things will get better between you guys. My advice would be just give it time.
As for the long distance relationship thing, when I first met my husband I wasn't looking for a relationship and neither was he. We just sort of clicked because we felt like we could trust each other. We had both been hurt in the past and we helped each other through it. My advice to you would be wait and let them come to you ^^ does that make sense?
Aww thank you so much my friend^^ Hehe yeah you're right I guess it depends on person to person..Really? you'll do an art trade with me? yay hehe..I don't mind at all..I'll PM you and arange it^^
Good things comes 2 those who wait, The things you lost will always replace something better..
I know a few people in long distance relationships that are going strong ^^ it does require a lot of trust though. Saying that, I also know of people who have mis-used LD relationships to cheat on people. I guess it just depends on the people involved. You can still tell a lot about someone's personality through how they talk or email/skype even if you can't physically touch them I guess.
Also, while not romantic relationships, some of my close friends are people I met online and who I will never actually meet in person, yet we still get along great!
I am totally up for an art trade, but I'm afraid you'll have to be patient as I'm going away for a week or so ^^ just send me a PM and we can arrange something :D
Really?^^ Wow you are very lucky to have found someone like that..Long distant relationships never worked for me and I tried about 100 times hehe..I guess for some people like you it can work,^^ but i'm happy for you my friend..I talked to my brother about this before since this is not the first time it happens but it didn't work..I only ask someone a thing twice I never ask a third time..This will be the third time so I'm not gonna beg him to pay more attention to me...I guess if he really want to talk to me he'll call...And I'm not gonna sit next to my phone and wait for the call
Thank you so much for the comment my friend i really appreciate it

Well that isn't always true. I was in a long distance relationship with my husband for a few years before I moved in with him. I lived in NC and he lived in MD...the distance isn't as long as with your older brother but its sort of the same. We met when we were 16 and we're still together now at age 21 and we're married. When we started dating we didn't even know what each other looked like. We started dating because we liked each others personalities. Even after finding out what he looked like it didn't change how I felt about him and vis versa.
I'm not saying its like that for every long distance relationship because I know its not. All I'm saying is it can happen so have a little faith ^^.
As for him not spending any time with you...If I were you I would confront him about it and tell him how it makes you feel. Bring up the point of him speaking with our younger brother and not you. I think if you talk to him about it and tell him how it makes you feel that he will understand and try to make things better between you guys. ^^
