As for feetsies...
I'm back on antibiotics, but this time they're broad-spectrum ones that should take care of whatever's going on with my feet. There's the possibility that I have MRSA, which is an antibiotic-resistant strain of staph, but the medicine the doctor gave me will cover MRSA as well as most general infections.
I might be having minor surgery on Monday, as she didn't want to remove my nail today without getting some antibiotics in my system so she doesn't potentially expose me to even more bacteria. I'll be seeing a surgical case specialist (who I think is my doctor's husband, I'm not entirely sure) who might just decide to take it off next time to expedite the healing process.
I was given a lovely surgical shoe to wear, and it's totally haute couture, lol. I'll be skipping classes on Friday to go home Thursday afternoon with my dad, so I can rest and be off my feet for an extra day.
So, yeah! Med stuff is icky squicky nightmaricky!
