I get neck aches more than back aches. It happens sometimes when I carry something heavy [like I did today, dangit]. I hope you are feeling less tense and achey now. Perhaps you could have a bath and relax? Hot water helps *nods*
lol! Well, when you think about it, when you sneeze, cough, blow your noes, etc, your back/neck muscles contract so it can happen...you can pull a muscle doing those things. lol! This is in the same area I had hurt my back lifting my laptop so I think it's in a more easily injured area.XD
Ginger? From the spice girls? lol! I don't recall her hair too well but I do think I remember it being red. Like I said, think Donna from 'That 70's Show' (don't know if you had that show over there) that's more the red I am.
Yes, really. Even the doc was puzzled at first but then he said it also makes sense because when you're straining to open a fiesty bottle that doesn't want to be opened, you tend to tense up, especially in the neck.XD
I've SEEN the guy before but I don't think he'd ever seen me. This was the first time I've waited on him. I get hit on a lot by random strangers (most are younger, at least) but this was the first marriage proposal. Well, if you don't count when the NYC cop asked me to marry him when I was dressed like Marge Simpson one year for Halloween when I lived in the city.

Anyways, sorry to hear about your neck. I'm not sure how you hurt it while blowing your nose though. I hope you feel better soon, just be gentle with yourself and take it easy ^^
Heh, i suppose red hair is just eyecatching. I wanted ginger hair when I was younger, I never understood why people didn't seem to like ginger hair, at my school at any rate. Silly people XD red hair is awesome! I keep thinking I should dye my hair but i've never got around to it hah. Ah well, at least the guy was friendly. But yes, yeck indeed XD
