Yearn

A yet shorter poem i made,My inspiration for this poem was a simple event that occurred to me today,It is really short and not that detailed,well, hope ya likes!

My heart yearns for her,

A single glimpse in the corner of my eyes I saw of her

She trapped my heart with her entrancing voice,

I would give everything I have to see her again if I had the choice

Oh I yearn for that pure bright face,

whenever i think of her my heart starts to race

My sole purpose in life is to be with her

I left out many chances,I rejected countless advances

Will I ever meet her again on this earth?

she was of divine being,more than this whole world's worth

sometimes I feel her beside me,

and sometimes shes at the other side of the world

and that to me is a short distance,

in order to see her holy existence

Are you there or are you not?

you went away and left me to rot,

But I can't bring myself to hate you

I can't bring myself to forget you

I still wait for your return,your untold promise

your unspoken words are nothing but honest

I wait here today,I wait here tomorrow,

Maybe one day you'll come and bring an end to my sorrow

Until then my angel,I wait for the day you return

Oh for you I yearn,oh for you i yearn.
