no it wasnt supposed to crispify,
i have burnt water on several occasions, and the hard boild eggs that were in it, but i know not to put water in hot oil(i make home made fries), and you smother fires, at least you learned your lessons, mine was let my sister read the instructions if im too hungry to understand, ^u^ an least there is epic in our failures

Look a little toasted? or is it supose to look like this? if it is dont worry i would of burned everything even myself as well..I boiled cooking oil once and to cool it down i added water with it..I almost burned the whole house down....And i made toast and the bread setts on fire in the toaster so i thru water over it and electrocuted myself..So you didnt fail..Yet hehe
