what a heart wretching story. i don't understand. why was her love so trivial? what a silly girl! he gave her great affection! and normally, men don't show so much affection these days. he kissed her and held her close. what a silly girl. in the end of the story, i like how you mentioned that even though he "accomplished nothing" he did infact gain the memory of the girl. Even if he can't have her, he can still cherish the moments she used to be in his arms. (but man, what a stupid girl. like in the poem, i'm sure she won't find anyone just as special and devoting as this man is)

the poem is very well said. it was written with much emotion, and it has a lot to say. i like how it expresses most relationships today, whether if a man hurts a woman to get her love or if a woman does the same in order to achieve what they want. a really good poem. i like it!
