1. What is your name? Nickname?
My name is Takeshi Nimahari. As for nicknames, well... Kita calls me "Boss-man", "Captain" and other names to that effect.
2. Why were you named that?
My parents wanted me to be strong. (Author's note: Takeshi = "warrior")
3. What is your gender?
Male.
4. What are you? (Human, wizard, robot)
Human.
5. How old are you? What year were you born?
I'm 15 years old, and I was born in 781 A.E. (Author's note: This A.E. does not stand for "After Earth" -- it stands for "After Exploration".)
6. Do you wish you were older or younger?
I sometimes wish I was older. Then people would take me more seriously.
7. What is your IQ? If you don't know, guess.
I consider myself to be fairly smart, so maybe 100 - 110.

My eyes are blue. Yes, I like them. ^-^
9. What color is your hair? Is it natural or dyed? Do you like the color?
Also blue. Why would someone dye their hair?? Natural is always best.
10. Is your hair thin or thick? Straight or curly? Long or short? How do you wear it?
Thin and straight. I wear it about medium-length, for a guy.
11. How tall are you? Are you happy with your height?
I'm about 5 foot - 4 inches. I wish I was a bit taller.
12. How much do you weigh? Are you happy with your weight?
Average? Yes, I am.
14. How would you describe your skin tone?
I have a slight tan from being outdoors a lot, but my skin is still light.
15. What is your body type? Are you athletic?
I'm pretty slim, but since I'm very active, I have muscle. I wouldn't exactly say I'm athletic, no. ^^; I prefer to read, if given the choice.
16. Any birthmarks? Freckles or other marks?
Not natural ones.
17. Do you have any scars? From what?
No, I don't.
18. Do you have any tattoos? Of what and where?
If you would call my family mark a "tattoo", then, yes, on my right cheek.

Not particularly.

"Unusual" how?
