I kinda like getting mail at a post office. I mean, around here it is a good hours walk, but it is nice. I like getting to see people all in once place and such.

Oh maaaaan, I remember when I first moved to Ohio and we had to go to the post office to get our mail... it sucked, because there was a blizzard and the roads were consistently the slickest sons-of-guns. But it was still fun.

Every one I've met at the post office (since we dont get mail delivered to our door here) are really nice. And not crazy, which is a refreshing change of pace!

I've met a couple of nice letter-carriers.

Granted, they were in mail trucks so they themselves weren't technically letter carriers, and it wasn't really so much meeting them as it was waving to them as they drove off, but I'm sure they were nice. Probably.

I always worry that letters get lost in the mail. I mean, hundreds and hundreds of letters must pass through a post sorting offics (or what-have-you), its a wonder more doesn't get lost!
