So this is my first review,I hope that everyone will enjoy it.^^
Final Fantasy VII, on PC.Everything I need to say about this game is awesomnes.Never before I saw more developed RPG.
Graphics,the music,gameplay, everything was ahead of its time.
Need I to say more.If you want to play a classic hard core RPG then try this one.This is on PC ported and it is one of the rarer good JPRGs on the PC.This port to PC is almost indentical but still it is better on PSX.Why?Well because on the lower quality of the music which is just in MIDI format.Even ''One winged angel'' is screwed up(there are no lyrics).Also CG animations are in smaller quality and there is several bugs on PC.Aside of that it has many mods which are interesting and some very helpful like puting better graphics and similar.
About the story,it is like in all other Final Fantasy games. It is brilliant.
The story first follows an ex soldier Cloud Strife who works as an rebel against evil Shinra company.The story later gets more complicated as Cloud finds out more about his past and about his nemesis,Sephiroth...
Anyway,this is a great game,and be sure to try it.You won't regret it.
GRAPHICS: 9/10-one of the best of its time,only small characters are weird but this also has own charm.
Sound: 9/10- if you are playing this on PSX raise to the maximum mark.To me favorite soundtrack of all RPGs.
GAMEPLAY: 10/10-the game which you would play in one breath.
DURATION: 9.5/10-you want to compleate all sidequests.70+ hours
OVERALL: 9.5/10-just because of the some flaws on the PC.Otherwise this game is a perfect RPG.
