put :image: in your post. Then find a piccy from your saved foulder on your comp, and put it in add photo. Before you do though... turn the piccy to Jpeg etc... via the blue box next to the file piccy number in your picture foulder...

Your working well with a bad time to keep people positive and it will make it turn out right... It's hard on you, but your keeping your head above water... as it were and he's proud of you because of this. Online you exercise the same attitude and it is helping you with everything to. In some way.

I think it has something to do with your attitude towards a certain situation, is the right path you are taking, and that basically if you keep going along your way on this same path, it will lead you to good will and prosperity. So basically. He's giving you a well earned pat on your back and telling you your doing a good job out of something and to keep up the good work.
