They're probably a mixture of both. Haha I also watched Disney movies growing up as a kid, and I must say the pretty witches are better in my opinion! You're more inclined to like ones that are not hideously disfigured... xD
oh yah! you're right mostly witches in D are not beautiful, but if you look on Japanese anime most of the witches are quite beautiful, haha..well thank you for answering!!! i really appreciate it!!! thank you!!!
