Hey! I'm Mocha! I'm the kind of person that you shouldn't talk to if you're tired, (unless I'm also tired,) and who's hyperness doesn't change with sugar or caffeine, it just depends on the day I'm having. I'm a member of theOtaku hostclub, and I'm only a fan of... many.

I can't list all my likes and dislikes, but there aren't a lot of things I don't like. You'd have to talk to me to find out.

It's a pleasure to be here. I hope I get to talk to most of everyone! (I like talking... heehee.)

This world is for fan-fictions and stories that AREN'T REAL! They may be based on some of my own experiences, but then again, maybe not. ;)

OHC Christmas (SSS) Chero

“Boss.” What was that? It was bugging him. “Boss.” Urgh, go away, I’m sleeping, he thought to himself, moving his arms closer together to better prop up his head. “Mr. Cavallone!” “What?&rdquo...

One of Those Days

There were days when the world just didn’t work for Alex. Try as she might, she couldn’t get what she wanted. Today was one of those days.

The car didn’t start, she failed a test, she fell asleep in class. Fate had it out for her, of this she was sure.

“Bad day?” Jake asked, falling into step beside her. One of the few boys that talked to her, and the only one that she had a huge crush on, Alex was slightly relieved to see her friend.

“Oh, yeah, it’s been horrid.” She stomped outside and a heavy downpour assaulted her head. “Are you kidding me?” she cried. “Could a little bit of good come out of this day? Please? Is that too much to ask?”

Beside her, Jake laughed, shaking his soaked blond hair. “Come here,” he told her, dragging the grumbling brunette to the overhang of roof by the wall. He pulled a gym shirt out of his bag and scrubbed her hair mildly dry.

“Thanks,” she muttered. He smiled, leaned forward, and kissed her gently.

“Did that help?” he asked. She was stunned, but nodded. He kissed her again.

It was just one of those days.

Happy Birthday, Chero

“Happy birthday, Chero!” Chi cried, running up and glomping the girl. It was a little strange that the shorter girl could still manage to tackle brunette.

“Thanks, Chi!” Chero said, hugging her back.

Mocha helped the two up and hugged them. “Happy birthday, Chero! Hey, Chi.”

“Hey, Mocha,” Chi said, patting her head. Mocha smiled and barked.

“Playing dog for the day, Mocha?” Trish asked, scratching her behind the ear. The strange girl smiled. “Of course!”

“Happy birthday, Chero!” Trish said, hugging the other girl. Ezio was right on her heals.

“Happy birthday, bella,” he said, ruffling her hair.

“Thanks. And thank you everyone for showing up.” She her hair. “But where’s Dino?” She looked around.

“Yeah, where is the father of your children?” Chi asked. Everyone laughed.

“He’s bringing the cake,” Mocha told them, looking out the window. “There he is right now!”

Dino burst through the door and collapsed in a chair, cake-less. The girls looked at each other, and went to him. Ezio crossed his arms.

“Are you alright?” Chero asked. Ezio and Mocha raised their eyebrows.

“No,” the Italian said, laying an arm over his eyes.

“What happened, amico?” Ezio asked, sitting down and folding his arms over the back of the chair.

“Well, here’s how it went,” Dino said, sitting up. The girls all sat down and settled in for story time.

“I had the cake that you, Mocha, had already ordered. I was on my way back when… when…” He scratched his head nervously.

“What happened?” Chero asked.

“Some guys came up and said they bought the cake. They wanted it, and said they’d fight me for it. So I did.

“There was ten of them. I fought them off as best as I could, but they beat me. So they took the cake and ran. I chased after them and they ran into a garbage dump. I was attacked by a pack of wild dogs and they kept biting and scratching… I managed to get away from them, but I’d lost the cake.

“It started raining, and I knew that by now, the cake would be ruined. I went back to the store, but it was closed. I begged and I pleaded, but they wouldn’t open up, and they wouldn’t make a new cake. So in the end, I just came here.”

Everyone looked at Dino sympathetically, but then Mocha paused. “Some guys wanted the cake? Why?”

“And amico, it’s sunny today,” Ezio said, gesturing outside.

“And the store is open until seven pm. It’s noon,” Chi murmured, tilting her head to the side.

Dino looked up sheepishly. “Okay, okay, so the truth is I lost the cake.”

“You lost the cake?!” Mocha thundered, standing over the blond.

“Heh heh, yeah. I, um… tripped.”

“Oh, Dino,” Chero said, patting his hand. “Why did you make up that wild story?”

“Because I knew it wouldn’t sound too good saying that I tripped.”

“Well I’d rather you trip than lose the cake. No offence,” Mocha added.

“I’m going to call the store,” Chi said. She quickly picked up the phone and muttered the order into the receiver, and then hung up.

“Come on, everyone, let’s go into the living room,” Trish said. “Let’s get some music going. Lighten up the mood,” she added, moving to the stereo. The speakers began to play some recent pop music. Mocha stayed behind in the kitchen, smiling at the group. Then the doorbell rang.

“I’ll get it!” she called, turning the knob. She opened the door on ten rough looking guys, a pack of mangy mutts, and a pristine cake.

“Surprise,” grunted the one holding the cake, handing it over. The surprised girl took it and closed the door.

A thunder storm rolled in from the direction of the store. The phone rang, and the confused brunette set down the cake and picked it up. “We’re closed for today. Would you like the cake tomorrow?”

“No, that’s okay,” she said, thanking them and hanging up.

“Cake’s here!” she called, bringing the cake into the living room. The group jumped on the cake like a cloud of locusts. Mocha pulled Dino aside.

“Interesting story, Dino,” she said, narrowing her eyes.

“Wasn’t it, though?” he replied quietly, smiling knowingly.

“Do you have rabies?”

“No, I got a shot, so I’m immune.”

“Will we get rabies?”

“No.”

“Alright, then. That’s good.” Joining the others at the table, the two raised their glasses. The rest followed suit.

“To Chero. Happy birthday!” Glasses clinked together and everyone was happy. Well, everyone except one of the dogs. The cake smelled too good, and now the poor thing was hungry.

It was a little short and kind of silly, but I hope you liked it! Dedicated to Chero, even though I can only find her on the boards. Happy birthday!

Realization

This was it. The final battle between Naruto and Sasuke. God, how he'd anticipated this! With his brother's eyes, his obviously superior skill, and his sword, he'd obliterate the little blond idiot. He thought they were still friends? Dream on!

Naruto was standing very still in the middle of a clearing, far away from Konoha. That wouldn't help him. Sasuke and his subordinates would invade the village when they were finished. Not that his subordinates were around to help. No, they were standing by, hiding out while the shinobi war raged around them. Sasuke didn't care about the war. Not now, at least. He had to get rid of Naruto, and get the nine-tails. Then Madara's plan would be complete.

He came up behind him with a surprise attack, slashing down onto his shoulder. He got a surprise of his own, however, when the smaller boy lazily raised his arm and blocked the sword. With a flick of his wrist, the sword twisted out of Sasuke's grasp. Damn. He hadn't been expecting that. When the orange and black covered boy turned, the brunette struck him in the chest with his palm, but it hardly connected. When had he gotten so fast? He grabbed his hand and twisted his arm, then pushed him away carelessly. Sasuke spun around and glared.

"It's been a while, Sasuke," Naruto murmured, looking at him with a sad face. It was the kind of face that just said he'd given up. Perfect.

"That it has," the rogue ninja returned, grinding out the words venomously. He backed up a little and picked up his sword, and then held Naruto still using the power of his eyes. There was no resistance, and no reaction.

Once inside his head, Naruto simply asked, "I guess just having a little chat is out of the question?"

"Correct," Sasuke hissed, waving his hand. Naruto was suddenly tied to a cross. "I control this place, Naruto," he said, while in the real world his slowly inched closer to his former friend's immobile body. In the world in his mind, Naruto nodded mutely.

He didn't even have to use any ninja techniques. He just stabbed the blond in the chest. Naruto crumpled to the forest floor.

In his mind, however, millions of images assaulted Sasuke. Naruto's horrid, lonely childhood, and his solid resolve to become someone everyone would like and respect. The time when they'd accidentally kissed, the time they'd come back beaten and bruised after learning to control their chakras, the time Sasuke had saved him. Then there was the day that they'd tried to glimpse behind Kakashi's mask, and Naruto must had looked over and seen him hugging Chouji around the neck, and the eyes through which he saw this connected with a voice and laughed. The images started with jealousy and a little bit of malice, but then eased into something that he'd only felt a little behind his own burning lust for revenge: friendship.

Then came training. He had all the information he needed, and yet... he couldn't bring himself to leave Naruto's mind and run to tell everything to Madara. He was overwhelmed with the sense of friendship, of how Naruto didn't think once of killing Sasuke, but of convincing him to come back.

Finally, it seemed to linger on a picture of team 7, with Naruto and Sasuke looking angry, Sakura happy, and askashi looking like he was trying to be the mediator. Sasuke might have laughed aloud.

He wrenched himself from the boy's mind with a gasp. Looking down at the open blue eyes and the pained expression, he paused. What was he doing, anyways? He killed his brother, who was following orders. Now he was getting revenge on a village that had down nothing! The Hokage was to blame for that, and the Hokage that had made that order was dead. There was no one to blame, ad he'd just killed his best friend. Yes, he admitted it, Naruto was the best friend he'd ever had.

"C-come on, Naruto, stay awake," Sasuke said as gently as he could, smiling. "It's going to be okay. You're going to make it, just watch. Hold on..."

"Sa...Sasuke?" Naruto asked, struggling to see him. "Is that you?"

"Yes. Come on moron, stay awake."

"I... it was good to see you again," the blond said softly. The life in his eyes faded. The last bit of breath left his lungs, and his body went limp.

It started raining. Sasuke stared dumbly at the shinobi. He shook him. He tried healing him. Oh, the wound closed up nicely, not even a scar. The rain washed away the blood. But Naruto didn't open his eyes or sit up.

"Come on." The words came out short. "Wake up. Wake up! Wake up, wake up, wake up! Hello? You idiot!" Sasuke yelled, throwing the body down. He back away and pulled his knees up, wrapping his arms around them, and he cried. Damn it all, what had he done?

A hand patted his back, and his glanced up, expecting a subordinate. No. The blond stood there, looking worried, his head tilted to one side. "You okay?"

Sasuke scooped him up in his arms and hugged him. "Woah, hey, what do you think you're doing?!" Naruto demanded, struggling against the vice grip on his arms. He feet were off the ground and Sasuke's face was buried in his shoulder.

"Don't ever let me be so stupid again, alright?" he growled.

Naruto kicked his legs uselessly, and then replied, "okay."

Karin came running back and told Sasuke that they'd lost the war and that Madara was dead. He beat her up and told her to shove it right where the sun don't shine. He then went with his friend back to his town where he would face the punishment for his actions.

So, I haven't written anything in a while. This just popped into my head. Not BL just the normal friendship implied in Naruto. Hope you liked it!
