It's basically a combination of logging in, making posts, submitting stuff and commenting regularly. At a glance I can say you're seriously low on comments so I'd work on that. :)
Promotions are based on more than logging in. It takes into account comments and other forms of activity. The fact that you're already an otakuite+ shows that the system sees you as active.
Getting to otakuite++ is more based on how long you've been here. If I remember correctly you should get it either for this months promotion or the following.
I have a question. You see, because my laptop is so slow, I never close my tabs and shut off the computer. It just takes too much time to re-load them all. So technically I'm not coming on here a bunch of different times because it's always on. How would that affect me, promotion-wise?
The reason I ask is because I'm only Otakuite+ and the thing won't let me make challenges until I'm Otakuite++...I really wanna make challenges!

The only thing really stopping me from continueing up the charts is how long I've been here. According to that I won't evolve into Otaku Legend until next August . . . I think . . . (have I really only been here two years?)
Either way I'm perfectly content with being a Senior Otaku. I still have my youth =P
