Just because you won't reach the ranks of whomever you've listed [Yes, in fact, I'm too lazy to scroll up, but I probably will anyone cause I need to see what you've said again xD] Hemingway or Jane Austen, it doesn't mean you're a great writer. You're fantastic, I'll say. Everyone has their different styles of writing, you know. I've never read something of Hemingway or Austen, but everyone -- like writing -- has different types of pieces they read. You know the lady who wrote Crank, and Burned and whatever other books she wrote? I forgot her name and I can't be arsed to look. She turned really short poems into a really long story. It was a different style and didn't exactly go "by the book" [I almost put by the wood wtf?].
I don't remember what I was going to say my point was... but I think I've pointed it out really well.
Everyday I log in here, expecting to see some heartfelt comment over a post I had agonized over. In complete honesty, I can say, I had never been granted that gift, so to speak, until I logged in today.
I try to give myself, a small token of my heart, everytime I post. For you to always find something and smile, tells me that I am not wasting the little love I give in every post.
I've once been told I am a great writer because the words flow from my fingertips, and also my mouth, as easily as if I hadn't thought about them at all. That my words have meaning, and depth and can always show someone another perspective. I myself am not a great writer. I have errors, and I don't follow the book. I shall never be in the ranks of Hemingway or Jane Austen. I will be remembered in another form altogether.
Through you. Through others who learn something, through others who smile at my words. I thank you, for the gift of this new insight.

I know how your posts are really serious and all, but there's always one part of everything I read of yours that makes me smile, even though I don't always directly tell you. Though, I do directly tell you before I go to sleep at night with our twin telepathy thing. Obviously, it doesn't work if you didn't know. xD
But that part about Jake knowing far too much about being a child made me smile. Cause I can second that action.
But all in all, I'm happy this was the first post I read in the morning as soon as I woke up. It made me smile, even though I'm not too sure if it was supposed to be be on the happy side. It made me smile cause it shows me strength in you, and it taught me something. Every time I read one of your posts, I learn something new. That doesn't necessarily mean that I didn't know about it, cause most of it I knew, but it was just seeing it from a different perspective. Kudos.
