Well, here I am. People who know me love me whether they like it or not. It's a burden since I dislike most people. You can find My actual Life HERE. I have many fandoms, and many likes but I have yet to find passion in a past time. You are welcome as long as you behave.

I figure as long as STAN can live here, I can too. Here's round two.

THE GREATEST THING EVER

THE SECOND GREATEST THING EVER

Fictitious things

Ice Box Cookies

I love these cookies, though I almost prefer monging the dough from the fridge to the cookies.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Br Sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 scant cup shortening (melted)
that's just short of a full cup
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla (I usually usse a little more since I like it)
1/4 hot water
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon (can be substituted with nutmeg)
1 tsp baking soda
4 cups flour

Sift the salt, cinnamon, and soda into the flour and set aside. (I usually mix it in with a fork to make it airy, I don't have a sifter)

Melt the shortening and add all the sugar
mix well
Beat in the eggs, vanilla and water
add the dry ingredients.

Shape into logs, wrap in wax or parchment paper and refrigerate at least 2 hours. cut into cookie size and bake 12 minutes at 350.

There, no fire involved.

EEP

Job interview in the morning. Nervous, excited and welcoming all well wishing.

Edit: I just got home from my interview. I think it went well. I don't feel that I bombed anyway. I stammered and yammered a bit but other than that I have hope. This lady also asked what's wrong with my current employer, as many of the resumes she sees has it listed on them and they are short term. I was just like, "...well, being a third party call center, I just don't feel I have the resources at my disposal there to be as good at my job as I feel I should be." I left out, "Also, It's toxic and I'm tired of the demeaning customers who hide behind anonymity to act the fool." I would really like to get this job. It doesn't start until after the first of the year. I was the first person interviewed for it. She also mentioned that they are looking for someone in for the long haul, long term. The longevity I had at my jobs prior to the current is one of the things that really caught her eye she said. I'm as loyal as a dog for the right employer. I also didn't phrase it like that to her. I'm not dumb.

Best Thing Ever? Maaaybe.
