Unfortunately, here's a comment from the Canadian guy who's NOT good with words. But I assure you, no meaning will be lost with my lack of vocabulary.

I've been lurking and more or less been keeping tabs with what's been going on, yet I never felt I had anything decent to say. I know absolutely shit-all when it comes to mending relationships, let alone starting them. I can't really offer and practical advice in that manner. What I can tell you is that crying does help, so let it out. Keeping it in is just that same as drowning from the inside, and even the best of swimmers can't save you from in there.

I want you to know, to the best of my knowledge, that these miserable times won't last forever. You can and you will make it through. Even when the roller coaster of life goes for its highest and fastest drop, know that you've got plenty of friends, quite a few here at MyO/TheO alone, riding in the same car.
