Chapter 10: More Clues

“Ugh! They’re playing with us” Kalea was very close to savaging the computer screen “this killer is playing games with us!” she clenched her fists “ouch” she muttered and looked at her hand, the gap between her thumb and index finger there was a blue swollen mark all the way around she scowled at her hand “hey Satu look at this” she held up her hand “you haven't been borrowing my hand again have you?” she laughed jokingly
“you know that looks really painful” he cringed “what have you been doing to your hands to get that? It’s all blistered up” he looked closer it was a dark angry blue with a few purplish blisters at the edges “I honestly don’t know, its my writing hand so it could be over writing” she grinned
“you forget one thing though, you haven't been writing anything since before this case began” she grinned
“exactly under-usage” he just shook his head in mock disappointment “I'm just going to check if any more evidence has been found, then ill make us all some food” she went over to her usual computer and became submerged in what ever she was doing she started frowning at the screen “what's wrong?” asked Satu “look at this” she murmured “definitely more evidence” he looked at the screen “what is it?” it looked a lot like a strip of flesh or something “its fabric, its not from any of the fabric things in the house, obviously there's the possibility that our killer took something from the house and purposely left a scrap behind to trick us into thinking that its from them” she scrolled down “what the?” she looked all the curtains and wallpaper had been ripped to shreds “why? I mean what? That’s so weird, wait I just had a thought, none of the pictures we have seen so far have shown the curtains or wallpaper so maybe this was in all the houses, ugh we really need to go t one of these crime scenes” she paused “I could probably get in if I said I was working for us” she loved it when a plan was about to come together “no” she scowled
“why not? It’ll be good for the investigation we need our own pictures, the police aren’t giving us good enough evidence”
