Hey, I'm Team Car-that-almost-nailed-Bella. And I didn't even read the books or watch the movies. My friends complained about the car while on the whole Team Jacob/Team Edward debate, and they asked my opinion, so I sided with the car.
i may be new and all but my opinion on the true kings and queens of horror of the supernatural world is still strong and im kinda happy others still think the same cause this crap some authors are writing makes me think why the state hasn't yet realized the reason behind this generations stupidity. i mean seriously have they seen what kind of supernatural books are hitting the shelves right now, obviously not if there still allowing authors to write this kind of crap about undying love and together forever...what happened to the gore and horror and killing of ppl in the REAL books when they gave a werewolf/vampire a wrong look. I miss that.
Nuff said.(so sry i was ranting, but its true. im just brutally honest.)

I couldn't agree with you more on this subject. Twilight has simply murdered the vampire and werewolf genre. I miss the good old days when there books like 'Salem's Lot and movies like The Howling and Project Metal Beast. I'll admit that in some instances vampires make good antiheroes, such as in the following examples.
The anime, Vampire Princess Miyu
The movie version of Dark Shadows
But really, vampires (and werewolves) are supposed to be evil. Having them as teen heartthrobs is just disgraceful, and as a result they're no longer frightening so people turn to zombie movies. And there are way too many zombie movies out there.

That would be the car that settled, not crashed or collapsed, on the ground.
