This week I had surgery to take out the 2 right wisdom teeth out of my mouth. I was very pleased at how quick and easy the surgery went. The rest of the day passed slowly, and the pain set in as I waited for the pain meds to be ready. It got so bad at one point I started crying. For those of you who don't know I hardly ever cry. Once the meds started working I was fine barely eating but okay. Until it was bedtime I had taken the evening meds then had eaten some strawberry jello and chocolate pudding. Something BAD happened. I ended up throwing up about 5 times before finally falling asleep.
This was the worst part of my entire week. The repeated throwing up. I won't go into detail. But I so so happy my moth is almost done healing.
The past few days I've done a lot of sleeping, reading, watching big bang theory and resting.
The other day I found an awesome deal on a kindle. The reading kind not the Kindle Fire. So I ordered it and it should be arriving at my house within the next 9 or so days!!
Monday afternoon I will see the the oral surgeon hopefully all is well with my healing process.

For the first time in my life...I have finished a long story aka in this case a chapter book for children!! Hopefully the first of many since I have a few ideas floating around.
Also I have a couple people interested in reading it. Two of them are in the target age range/audience.
One is a friend of mine!
My father wants me to show the story to a friend of ours who could potentially help me get the story published!

The only thing that is missing from the story is a title. Lol I guess that's the hardest part I plan to have illustrations and have it typed up shortly. In case I forgot to mention on here my goal was to have the first draft written in long hand before December 1st. I am very happy I got it done before my personal deadline.

Since I last updated this and it's been a while I've read about 5 books.
Sorry about not updating it's been hectic, I've been reading a lot in my spare time. I have written about a chapter and half on my children's book. I have about one more chapter to go.
AND! I've thought of a new story idea!! I just need to finish this book first.
Ultimate Frisbee is done for this year. I will miss it tons, and I can't wait until we play again next year.
Here's how this week went.
Last Saturday my friends and I hiked a mountain and saw a gorgeous waterfall! Overall I hiked 2.8 miles :D
After we go back to town we pigged out on Mexican food so yummy!
I helped out with youth group on Sunday. We had a mustache theme everyone had to wear a mustache. So my sister did makeup magic and gave me a realistic beard and mustache. I wore my brother's plaid shirt a pair of hiking boots. The kids at youth group loved it, I loved it, and we all had so much fun!
That's how last weekend went.
Monday I had a consultation for my wisdom teeth and found out I needed a CT Scan cause 2 of the teeth are on the nerve on my mouth. So I scheduled that for the next day.
Tuesday got the CT scan done. whew! But now I have to have 2 surgeries on my mouth to get all my wisdom teeth out. which means more expense and longer recovery time. Yuck!
Wednesday I found out I had to lead the discussion at small group. I had about 8 hours to have the lesson ready to teach. It went pretty well. Some kid thought I was a junior in high school. I couldn't tell if I should feel flattered. That at 24 I look that young. Or a bit weirded out.
Thursday I went to a friends house for a few house for a few hours. It was awesome!
Tonight and today I am doing nothing but watch movies, read and chill out.
Tomorrow I have a busy day planned. Going to see Enders Game with my friend Allison in the morning!! Then to a hangout/bonfire at my friends farm. It's going to be an awesome weekend.

Today I got around to writing about 6 and a half pages of my story/book!
Sadly I didn't get the part time job at the school. Rejection is hard. I found out when the school job phoned me a few days ago. I am disappointed it really seemed so ideal. But I know I will eventually find the perfect place for me.
Last week was really nice & busy. Here's some of what I did.
The highlight of my Sunday was getting to spend time with friends and doing youth group.
Monday went well I got to eat dinner with my friends and enjoy time together.
Tuesday I didn't do anything, it was the one day last week I was totally free!
Wednesday I helped with youth group it was fun!
Thursday spent most of the night with my study group.
Friday I visited with people from my parent's church they were super nice and welcoming.
Saturday I went swing dancing it was amazing! The only bummer was my friend Alan, and his girlfriend couldn't make it. Also the guy I think I like couldn't come. However I still had an awesome night.
