Looks like you downloaded a bad copy from a third party site with a fake registration key. That's your first problem. This program isn't exactly cheap. Second of all, it looks like it wants you to enter a registration key for it or something.

Looks like a combination of needing some kind of registration code and your computer screwing up the way it reads data resulting in ?'s instead of letters... But I dun use Flash, so I dunno, I've experienced a similar error with the Windows-Based Menu for M:TW once before (On ancient Win 9x) BUT: Is that VISTA or Win 7?
