You have your "let"s where your "make"s should be and vise versa. "Let" means to willingly allow, while "make" is more like willfully do. "Let" implies stepping back and letting something happen, while "make" is more stepping forward and making sure it does happen. For example, "You should let me make my own decisions now." You step back so I can stand out type deal.
