Well it's a 40 gallon aquarium (freshwater), but I've found that if I add lots of plants and filtration it supports a larger number of fish, dwarf frogs, shrimp, snails, and crabs.
When I had my smaller aquarium set up, back when I lived in Denmark, I was reluctant to name them because they would die after a couple of years or so-here in DC almost every fish I bought within the past four years has survived. And when I got the opportunity with the Siamese fighting fish that had the right colors, I couldn't help myself ^^

That's a lot of water! That's cool that you found out how to make them live longer :)

Whoa, that's cool that you name your fishies based on anime/manga characters, neat idea :)
How big is your aquarium?
