21 Day Fast - �Year of Increase"

So, I made a commitment to fast for 21 Days. It started January 4 and ends January 24.

Sometimes, when we fast, the worst part of us comes out. It is usually because our spirit becomes sensitive and we can see what is truly inside of us. I know how it feels, Mizuku. Just hang in there. Everything is going to be okay. Promise.
