I'm very sorry to hear that. I had the same problem. I'm going to suggest to you what worked for me: get a lot of exercise throughout the day, and stay busy. Exercise gradually helped me to feel better and I also sleep better if I've been working hard all day. I hope you feel better.

When I'm down I watch my favorite anime with a nice hot cup of tea ^^ that usually always fixes it. Or watching a comedy movie ^^
I'm also sorry you're not sleeping well. You could try Chamomile tea with honey and milk. That gets me to sleep in just a few minutes even on my worst insomnia fits. Or if you don't like tea you could try burning Lavender oil before going to bed. That way the smell is in the room before you go to bed ^^.
