I don't have class. I have Georgia studies. We study about Georgia, America's state. :I It focuses more on Georgia's involvement in WW2 than on more facts on Europe and the complete America. I appreciate your lesson, though! :D It's more useful than school!

Did you learn anything in history class? England was rationing all throughout WWII and well after the wars conclusion. Chocolate was one of the first things to go when the war started. America joined the war later, in 1941, fours years before the wars conculsion in Europe. Chocolate bars were practically nonexistant in Europe at the time and the American soldiers came over with bags of it. Of course, once the Americans joined the war, chocolate became scarce in America too.

Yes...the Americans also brought chocolate bars with them when they came to Britian during World War II.

It was a liberation chapter. The Americans gave starving prisoners chocolate bars. Until they remembered they could kill them that way. Then the Americans took the chocolate back.
