I say people don't need to be in Chat or on the Internet in general if they're having problems. It creates even more uncessesary issues for themselves and others who they interact with. It's pointless anyway really, not to mention how much it ruins the atmosphere.
I really am sorry if people are acting agressive torward you and anyone else there. People need to take more responsiblility for thier actions and emotions and not take it out on others if they have the need.
