There are 5 chapters in the first volume and about 8 in the rest except the last one (there are even more). So 17 can be in the second, I suppose...
Did you try online reading? I usually read in English from onemanga.com
There's practically no manga in the bookshops here so I read everything in the Internet ^^ I've been in London this summer. I nearly cried with happiness looking at the shelves with manga in the shop... *.*

I think imma on chapter 17 mayb???? Itz very hard fer meh ta read it on here cuz it takez forever ta load & da bookstore hav up ta volume 23 (i think), but dare missing #'z 3-14 =S
I began reading it in the middle of December and by the end of the year I had the last volume left (I reread it from the begining in Russian and the last 3 chapters were not translated yet. I didn't want to change the language and was waiting to read the whole volume in one day). I remember I read 5 volumes on the first day of reading... O.o
