I can certainly see why that would tempt you. And like Allamorph said, you're not locked into it. So if it doesn't work, you aren't obligated to stay there. So good luck with that. And congrats on getting the offer too.
On the other hand, if you decide to work there, you're not bound to it for life. Although I must say congratulations on the offer. Best wishes on the future decision.

Gotta admit, that's a pretty tough decision to make. If you're really concerned about the job market, perhaps it would be best to take it. Nathan will (hopefully :P) always be there, this may not.

Complications, complications... But seriously, having such a career opportunity spring up just like that is too good to pass up, especially in the current economy. Whatever you choose to do, I wish you luck. ^^
I'm sure you'll get it worked out. ^_^ Having a wedding for family only is fine too. You have to do what's best for you and Nathan. We'll just hunt you down for pictures if that ends up being what you do. =P
