The other thing is that the battle showed in that video on your post is the battle in Black 2/White 2 where the player gets Zekrom/Reshiram from N. Just because N didn't have any other Pokemon on his team in that battle, doesn't mean that they weren't around. His Zoroark could've been hiding in a part of the castle inaccessible to the player.

Yeah, there are some things that do match up. One thing that does look to be kind of a hole in the theory is that N used a Zoroark on one of his teams in the original Black and White.
