what, didnt know you could get arrested for doing that. thats insane. what kind of scary movies?
i wished i had a security system to ward off stupid kids on cabbage night. vandalizing is horrible despite what anyone says.
the outright ban of dancing because kids moving in vulgar ways that they consider as dancing is stupid.
there is no need for a catch the ball rule. it should be you're hit, you're gone. (i saw a really intense dodgeball match online awhile ago and they didnt have that rule)

Staying home on Halloween and watching movies can be even more fun than trick-or-treating. ^^ Heh, I switched between the two a looooong time ago. I'm not into scary movies though. I was planning on watching my DVD of Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust at least. Perhaps I can put on some of my other horror-related anime...
